I'm excited to let you know that my first CD is finally done...
The Spiritual Demographic is a personal measure of what each of us does on a day-to-day basis to carry out the Great Commission. We find this commission in Mark 16:15-16 when Jesus told His disciples to “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.” We are asked to do the same.
Those who are in Christ need to allow others to see us as “a peculiar people” as it talks about in 1 Peter 2:9. Then through our example they can see Christ and recognize His importance in their own lives as it mentions in Heb. 12.
Do you want to go to heaven? The Spiritual Demographic shares the plan of salvation for those who are unaware of God’s instructions in order to enter the kingdom of heaven. We all must HEAR the Gospel of Christ (I Corinthians 15: 1-4), BELIEVE in the person and work of Christ (John 8:24; John 3:16), REPENT of your sins (Luke 13: 3-5: Acts 2:38), CONFESS the Lord Jesus Christ before men (Romans 10:9-10) and BE BAPTIZED for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38).
The most important part of enhancing the Spiritual Demographic is sending the good news to people who don’t have a strong relationship with God. Those who live everyday knowing there’s more to life than how they’re living are a very important part of the measure. They are the population with whom we, as disciples of Christ, must share the good news.
